The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, fm77 may temporarily hold a withdrawal if verification is required or unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

fm77 follows a strict policy against money laundering, fraud, and illegal activity. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the associated account will be suspended for investigation and the relevant authorities will be notified if required.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on fm77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount). Example: if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• fm77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the associated account and bonus will be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per person, household, device, or IP address.

6 VIP Program

fm77's VIP program has a total of 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Your VIP tier progression is determined by your activity and participation on the platform. fm77 reserves the right to change the terms relating to VIP benefits.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Betting Limits

fm77 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or market. These limits may vary by game, and fm77 reserves the right to reset limits under special circumstances.

7.2 Void Bets

In the event of a technical error, data-related mistake, or other unusual circumstance, fm77 reserves the right to void a bet and return the associated amount. Bets placed at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds/payouts may not be considered valid.

7.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or changed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with fm77's own rules. If a usable result is not available for an incomplete or unfinished match, the bet may be voided.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities directly violates fm77's rules and may result in account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in a third party's name.
• Bonus abuse, bonus harvesting, or coordinated betting.
• Using fraudulent payment information.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Any attempt to interfere with the security of the platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment method.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions.

9 Limitation of Liability

fm77's liability to users for losses arising from technical issues, server outages, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service failures on the fm77 platform is limited. fm77 does not accept liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages beyond a reasonable amount.

Betting is a risky activity. Financial loss may result from participation in games — this risk is entirely the user's own. fm77 does not guarantee any winnings.
